This class series puts a spotlight on one fundamental part of Italian cuisine each week. Our Italian series is designed such that participants can take one, two or all three classes.

Sept. 30, 4 to 7: Risotto – Frutti di Mare (Mixed Seafood), Milanese (Saffron), Barolo con Funghi (Barolo with Mushrooms), Zucca e Parmigiano (Pumpkin and Parmesan)
