Cooking the Classics: Paella a la Valenciana - $125

This is our favorite style of paella: layers of seafood, chicken and chorizo cooked with Spanish rice, saffron and aromatics. While the paella cooks, we’ll nibble on some of our favorite tapas: Garlic Shrimp, Pan Roasted Artichokes and Sherried Mushrooms.
