A hands-on cocktail class with a culinary twist, featuring 3 drinks that teach mixology essentials while touching on history, tools, and techniques. Using seasonal ingredients, we will focus on balancing and enhancing flavors.
Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A session with Instructor, Svetlana Turova, in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
What you can expect:
-Your own bar station, where you will make 3 cocktails—by muddling, stirring, and shaking
-Cheese & Charcuterie board to accompany your drinks
-Recipes
What you will learn:
-Classic cocktail formulas and how to build on them
-Base spirits 101 and how to use them
-How to muddle, shake, and stir cocktails
-What glassware to use
-Home bartending and hosting hacks

Svetlana is founder & “Chief Cocktail Officer” of the improv-meets-cocktails class Improvice. Svetlana is renowned for her curation of restaurant spirit programs, company happy hours, and wedding cocktail menus. Svetlana also designs art-inspired bar tools for her Etsy shop, Mixologist Technologist.
