Cocktails, alcoholic or not, should be balanced and delicious. Featuring not-your-average “virgin” versions of popular beverages, this class will give you the know-how and inspiration to drink NA in 2025! Booze-free without sacrificing flavor, we will riff off classics with a culinary twist. This is a hands-on mocktails course that teaches mixology essentials while touching on history, tools, and techniques.
Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A session with Instructor, Svetlana Turova, in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
What you can expect:
-Your own bar station, where you will make 3 mocktails—by muddling, stirring, and shaking
-Cheese & charcuterie board to accompany your drinks
-Recipes sent after class
What you will learn:
-Classic cocktail formulas and how to modify them using fresh 0% ABV ingredients
-NA spirits 101
-Glassware and garnish selection
-Home bartending and hosting hacks
**All drinks are nonalcoholic**

About Your Instructor:
Svetlana is founder & “Chief Cocktail Officer” of the improv-meets-cocktails class Improvice. Experienced in accommodating the increasing demand for low/no ABV beverages, she is renowned for her curation of restaurant spirit & NA programs, company happy hours, and wedding cocktail menus. Svetlana also designs art-inspired bar tools for her Etsy shop, Mixologist Technologist. Her blog, License to Pour, is a portfolio of potables on a backdrop of leatherbounds that quenches the thirst of fellow spirit nerds.
