Come learn some pie FUNdamentals with Stacey Mei Yan Fong, author of the cookbook 50 pies, 50 states. Stacey will take you through the technical basics of making pie dough, a fruit filling, assembling (including lattice work and crimping), and baking. All students will take home their own pie to bake and enjoy at home!
It’s the perfect season to sharpen your pie-making skills with Stacey! Don’t worry there will be pie to eat too!
